He is
B.S.L.L.M.,D.C.M ,Presently working with BPL Mobile Communications Ltd as Manager Legal.
He was
associated with M/s. Ganesh Benzoplant Ltd.,as Legal Advisor (Retainer) for five years.,looking after all legal matters.
He has
a legal practice experience of 7 years dealing with all types of corporate ,debt
recovery ,Tribunal, Civil, Labour, and Criminal matters in all the competent courts upto High Court.
Sudhakar
was adjudjed student of the year in the final year of L.L.B.
Secured
highest marks in practical training in final year L.L.B.
Participated & won number of prizes in debate,elocation and mool-court competitions upto University & State level.
He is
married with Pratibha who is M.Com , DCM, D.T.A ., Govt. DiplomaC&A and he
is having one daughter Anagha& son Advait.
His hobbies
include reading ,traveling and listening to music.

It is
said that self introduction is something like an attempted suicide. we die many deaths in this life -And i would love to die
for you.
Born in Nirobi kenya, studied through out in Rajkot Native
of Balambha dist Jam Nagar. Preschool at Rashtriya Shala established by Gandhiji, schooling at St Mary's Rajkot( has alumni
like Tanti Tulsi CEO of SUZLON and the school this year celebrating GOLDEN jubilee ) Was declared
an outstanding BOY of the school for the year 1974 . Pursued full fledged Radio Officer's course in renowned
technical institution of Rajkot , The A V Parekh Tech Institute .Earned the Licence of Marine Radio
Officer called C.O.P LICENCE ( The result used to be approx 2% of total appearing candidates ) from
Govt of india Ministry of communication in 1982 .
During a small stint at Gujarat
police wireless was actively involved in ''VHF Repeater station project'' and was posted at india
pakistan( khawda) boarder in kutch.
The nick name 'SPARK' used in his
web blog is derived from the fact that the first generation wireless transmitters invented by Marconi were using
electronic valves and were named spark transmitter.From the first generation transmitters to the latest communications
devices like Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems( GMDSS) and interent ,has worked on everything .
Since 1982 onwards is working with ONGC , and
has served on the flag ship SAGAR SAMRAT ( a national pride having a place in Ruppee 1 and 1000 currency notes ) ,
as a Sr Marine Radio Officer .
It is significant that his silver
jubilee in ONGC, Coincides with Golden jubilee year of ONGC . Was actively involved in tackling all offshore emergencies and
Search And Rescue operations(SAR) including BHN fire incident few years back, where in rough weathers maximum people
were rescued in extreme circumstances . This rescue operation was one of the best rescue operation in the world of oil
and gas.Incidentally ,the distress relay signals were transmitted by him promptly from Rig Sagar Kiran
which was located in the sea few miles away from the BHN in BOMBAY HIGH OIL FIELD then.
During his offs from offshore duties, was
involved in socio spritiual experiments of Late sh Pandurang Shashtirji for about 12 years . Has visited and stayed
in many villages as a part of the 'swadhyaya work'. Was one of the few, who started swadhyay activities in Ambarnath
City and adjoining villages. For him universe is university and every individual an open book to read , he has never stopped
studying.From 1982 to 1990 had studied different vedic books including Bhagvad Geeta and appeared for different
exams conducted by Tattva Gyan Vidhya Pith. From 1990 to 2000 had developed interest in 'Homeopathy 'and studied the philosophy
under a very good homeopathic practitioner Keshavji Thakkar .He does not practice the same as he jokingly says
that he does not have licence to kill and so he will not kill .
PRESENTLY pursueing the MBA ( Banking &Finance ) from IGNOU and is about
to complete the same and is working on the project '' Indian Commodity Market - infancy to Development '' under
the guidence of Prof Ved Murthy ,who is a CEO in a leading co operative bank.
Has
encouraged wife Varsha to bring the KIDZEE, a revolutionary play group concept in AMBRANTH.The school has successfully
completed a year and on the annual day with a successful mega dance competition event. 'Education
and health are two fileds he would love to contribute . He is offering his services to Gujarati school in Ambarnath
and one of the many reasons he joined Rotray Aambarnath , is that the club runs a renowned school in Ambarnath.
The family has
a daughter Aparna and son Tanmay both studying in KVS Ambarnath.
