Our Trust was formed on 24-03-1970.
Our objective is social ,educational,medical and other public charitable activities to be conducted in the area of Ambarnath
Muncipal Council.
We are running a school and a junior college since last 30 years .As on today more than 2000 students are taking education
from K.G ,Primary, Secondary and Junior College levels.
A seperate school committe is formed for this purpose is looking after the day-to-day affairs of the school.
The school has given 100% passing result at S.S.C exam for last few years.
This school has earned a name and fame in the Ambarnath township.
In additional to our school project,we also cater to the diffrent social needs through Rotary Club of Ambarnath.
We undertake various types of public charitable works on regular, yrear-to-year basis.
Example of some such projects.
1.Medical Health Checkup Camps for school going childrens
2.Osteoporosis Detection Camp for Senior citizens.
3.Blood &B.P Checkup Camp for general Public.
4.Adoption of Muncipal School No.7&17.
5.Distribution of Notebooks and other essential materials to poor students.
6.Felicitation of teachers and students of the Township.
7.Honouring Vocational Excellant personalities from Police ,Post,M.S.E.B,Telephone, Firebrigade departmentsfrom Ambarnath
city.
8.Arranging diffrent competitions for school /college going students to bring out hidden talent amongst themselves.
9.Joinig hands with other NGOs and Govt. Authorities for Polio eradication drive.
10.Making Rotary Community Centre, Vadavli avialable to the people at large at a very reasonable and nominal cost.
We raise the necessary funds ,require ed to carry out diffrent community projects,by arranging various types of fund raising
programs like a Film show, an Orchestra,A drama or a sovenir.
We regularly submit our accounts with audit reports to the Charity Commisionars office Thane.
We are also registered with Commisionar of Service Tax ,Thane.
And have also submitted our I.T returns up to A.Y.2006-2007
with I.T.O Kalyan.
Our trust is entitled for an exemption certificate under section 80 G of I.T act.
We have also applied for registration under F.C.R.A,with Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi for receiving Foreign Contributions.

We have
applied for Registration under F.C.R.A(Foreign Contribution Regulations Act) to the ministry of Home Affairs ,Govt.of India,New
Delhi.
This
will enable us to receive help in foreign currencies.
RCC
extention on the first floor is being finalized .
We are
thankful to Rtn. PP. Haribhai for rendering necessary help for this.
It is
also decided to complete drainage work and damaged compound wall at the rear.
Fellow
Rotarians what is really pending now is support from all of you for fund raising souvenir.
President
Jagdish and Fund raising committee Chairman have already appealed to all the Rotarians for the noble cause.
